Extension of the deadline for Income Declaration submission, from individuals who are required to submit a Summary Information Table of Controlled Transactions, for the years 2022 and 2023.
The Tax Department informs that, in its meeting yesterday, the Council of Ministers decided to grant an extension for the submission deadline of the Income Tax Return for individuals required to submit a Summary Information Table of Controlled Transactions, for the years 2022 and 2023, as follows:
– Income Tax Return for the year 2022: Extension until 28 February 2025
– Income Tax Return for the year 2023: Extension until 30 November 2025
The relevant Orders will be posted on the Tax Department’s website immediately after their publication in the Official Gazette.
